We built www.bungalowclothing.com to provide a solution to the headaches and anxiety currently associated with the online shopping experience. Our goal is to create a simplified process that reworks today's online shopping, making it user friendly and stress free. Why did we do it? We recognized serious flaws in the current model. Paying in advance to TRY ON clothes is not only frustrating but also an unnecessary financial burden. No store in the physical world would ever require you to pay for the clothing before you take it into the dressing room. Why have we been conditioned to do something so unreasonable when shopping online? Then, the hassle of the return process (e.g., printing out labels, finding tape to reseal the box and taking boxes to drop-off locations) is frustrating and stressful. And don't forget, making sure the credit is actually back on your card for items returned.
